Stationary systems are usually characterized as large plants. However, stationary systems can also be installed inside an existing production building. Common to all stationary systems is, that they are steel structures, built on site, and have to be integrated into the existing environment.
All our stationary systems are produced according to customer specifications and requirements. Often built into a separate building that fits into the surrounding architecture.
All our Ice-Rake systems are made of stainless steel. This ensures ice of absolute top quality, without any kind of discoloration.
Only components that do not come into contact with the ice, are made of other materials.
The silo is built up as a self-supporting steel structure to make sure it does not interfere with or damage the building. The inside of the silo is covered with insulated panels to reduce the influence of the external environment.
However, we recommend a refrigerated storage area, as this will result in a much better, waterfree, ice quality.
