Wearsteel for trawldoors

Hvide Sande Skibssmedie has for many years serviced trawl doors for fishing. We have gained extensive knowledge of the improvements that can be achieved, e.g. extend the effective fishing time and the maintenance interval of the trawldoors.

We have a long experience in mounting wearsteel on the side of the doors, to improve the doors and reduce the wear.
To ensure that the trawl is optimally spread, it is important that the cutting edge of the trawl door is maintained sharp. The lifespan of the sharp edge can be increased significantly by mounting wearsteel on the doors.

We produce loose wearsteels in standard sizes and variations for bolt assembly or welding.
